Honestly wasn't expecting much from a 2 star place. But this hotel fit our last minute needs perfectly! The bed and pillows were the highlight (if management is reading this PLEASE lmk what/where I can buy the exact pillows). The hotel was quiet, good breakfast, GREAT value, nice people. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Amazing service-Danielle went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed during our stay! Rooms were very clean, pool and breakfast were great. Would definitely stay here again!

An absolutely great place to get some amazing rest. Calvin was kind, above and beyond with his hospitality as my host. The check in was expedient. I completely sank into my very comfortable bed; especially after a 17 hour and 610 mile work day. The hotel is in a great easily accessible location. I without hesitation recommend this place to all of my family of travelers.

We had an amazing stay! We requested an early check-in since we were coming straight from the highway, and the staff accommodated us with no issue. Everything was spotless—super clean and well-maintained. Steve, the GM, was absolutely incredible—friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a highlight; the western omelette was chef’s kiss! We’re definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay here. It was quiet and the room was clean and tidy. Free breakfast with a variety of food items. Simple and affordable. Very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We definitely are very impressed with the hotel. The breakfast is top notch!! They have a lot of variety. The bed and the pillows are extremely comfortable as well. Very clean and the staff is extremely friendly.

Stayed here the night before an early flight. The hotel stated there was park and ride and would have shuttle service to the airport. There wasn't a shuttle in the morning, but there was a nice gentleman in an unmarked minivan who was ready to drive us. When we returned we called for the shuttle and was told they were on the way. The airport has multiple Holiday Inn shuttles by the way. None of them were going to this hotel. After waiting 20 minutes we called again, and were told 5 or so minutes. We kept waiting... was asked another Holiday Inn driver about the shuttle and he said he would be willing to take us after he made all his regular stops. Called the office again (this time we had been waiting 35-40 minutes) and were told we could take a taxi and they would reimburse the driver. We waiting a few more minutes then decided to take that option. Unclear if a shuttle ever made it to the airport for us or not. All the other Holiday Inn shuttles came and went multiple times so if park and ride is important to you, skip this location and choose another.

We stay at IHG hotels regularly and this was one of the best experiences we've had. It was one night, but due to traffic we got in around 2am. Evelyn was wonderful when we checked in and offered to extend our check out time since we got in so late. She was kind and efficient and check in was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable and a welcome rest after a long, late night drive.

We decibel feel as though this is a Motel 6 hiding behind the facade of a Holiday Inn Express! This particular hotel is not up to the standard of the other Holiday Inn Express we experienced in Suisun, California 2 and 3 short months ago which is why I chose to book not one but 2 rooms (one for my son and his wife)! The inside wall where the window is located the paint is peeling, the carpet is dirty where I feel my slippers will curl up like the wicked witch when the house fell on her; the toilet is so low you need a bar to hold on to get in and off of it, the wall by the tub mirrors the inside wall of the window frame. The phone hasn't been cleaned as there is something that looks as though it's been there for some time (cell phone is present however I definitely don't want to see other people's spillage. The decorum is horrible and the bed spread fits the king size bed like a size 2T T-shirt on a 5 year old (wish I could attach pictures). The only saving grace is the front desk clerk (Ms.) Allah (hope I've spelled it correct... she shares the name of the young singer) She was just as courteous in person as she was on the phone (spoke with her yesterday) Other than her professionalism and EXCEPTIONAL customer service, I, we, will never book a room or otherwise. I should have looked at the Hilton across the street had I known of its location before paying for the 2 rooms. I hope management sees this and makes corrective action IMMEDIATELY!

I stayed here last weekend with my partner. The hotel was really clean! The bed was comfy and I liked the dove products in the restroom. The staff for the breakfast was super nice. I also enjoyed the complimentary water and cookies in the lobby. No weird smells and the elevator was fast and worked well. We will be back :)
