Awesome! I flew out of Raleigh at 6 am and then decided probably would be best to get a hotel since I have an almost 2 hour commute. I was traveling alone and didn't want to park at the crazy far lot for half the price of a hotel room. I found on their website they had their own bundle for park and fly. I felt more comfortable doing that directly through them on their website than a third party website. And Shuttle service? More like a personal car service. Had really nice new clean mini vans and I was their only person there and back. My car was safe when I was gone, has very up front video cameras, security and all gals in the office are amazing. My room was clean and comfortable. I have zero complaints and feel like this is a SCORE! Most places for the park and fly wanted $260 and the shuttle are rolling tin cans full of people. Plus I noticed that even the best rated hotels were very outdated and their pictures were very deceiving. If you want a place that is clean, an obvious happy team to take care of you, park n fly, shuttle service with the best price. Cannot beat the value.

Yikes. To start w the good, the breakfast buffet was amazing and had the best coffee. The staff at the buffet worked very hard and were very friendly.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

But the room was falling apart at the seams- chunks of wall missing, seems pulling apart, a blinking fire alarm light in the room all the time. I used what was supposed to be dove soap on my face and immediately my face started burning and turned red. I’ve never had a reaction to anything before and that could not have been dove soap. The toilets were about a foot off the ground. The rooms around us and outside were noisy. We would not stay here again.

Hotel breakfast was great, everything was hot and fresh. Cleaning service was amazing. Everything in the breakfast area was stocked up, the breakfast lady Erendira was very nice and would ask if anything was needed which I appreciated. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The hotel is situated in a great area where less than 5 minutes away you’re able to get a quick bite of food.

This holiday inn express is probably the cleanest I have ever been too. The room was spotless. Even in weird bathroom areas, not a single hair. The cleaning team did an amazing job! The room is spacious and comfortable. Bed is on the harder side, which for my personal opinion was not my favorite but certainly wasn't the worst, I still got a decent night sleep. There are train tracks behind which trains passing through the evening, however I did not wake because of them. If that is going to be an issues, ask for a room on the front facing side and you wont hear it. Again, I did not think it was a problem or noisy at all. Comes included with a free breakfast, very good offerings, I love the Heinz Salsa individual containers. One of the better free breakfasts I have seen a Holiday Inn Express have. All the staff I encountered were super helpful and amazing. The breakfast attendant (I am sorry I did not catch her name) was amazing and super helpful and kind. The location was good right off interstate, easy to get to and convient drive to Durham or Raleigh. Not walkable though. Overall, I give this location very high marks. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

TLDR Version: Nice hotel, close to railroad tracks and under the flight path of the RDU airport and check your receipt before you leave.

I stayed here on October the 2nd, in town for a car show. I have stayed at other hotels in the area but it's my first time staying here.

The Good: It's conveniently located to the interstate, restaurants and two blocks from the car show I was attending. Both front desk agents were very friendly.

The Bad: There's a train track it goes right behind the property and that train comes through at 2:30 in the morning. Also this hotel sits right under flight path of RDU airport which is less than a mile away and you can hear the jets flying low overhead. The last thing is when I booked the hotel online the cost was $188 plus taxes and fees. When I arrived at the front desk I spoke with Perla who was real nice and friendly and told her I needed a room on the top floor away from the road since I am a light sleeper. She said she can do that however she FAILED to tell me that the room in that location of the hotel would be a upgrade and an extra $14. When I checked out the next morning I asked for a printed receipt and as I was walking out the hotel something told me to stop and look at the receipt and then I discovered the discrepancy. I went back to the front desk and spoke with Calvin who has been there 20 years and he gave me a credit back for the $14 difference and apologized. That's why I'm giving this review 4 stars instead of one star. In my line of business if you increase the price without advising the customer that is in violation of a Federal regulation (UDAAP unfair deceptive acts and practices).
