Greyhound was the worst experience I’ve ever lived through. The bus are unsanitary, smelly, filthy, and inhumane. You are given about 15 minutes to “rest, use the restroom and get food” at rest stops. There is no leg room. The seats are also filthy and I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy.

Flew in from Cincinnati to RDU airport yesterday evening..had reserved a Greyhound from Durham to Greensboro at 12:55..what I thought would be a smooth trip turned into craziness. Bus was delayed until 2:25am then 3:05am..leaving me and other passengers standing in 40 degree weather for over 3hrs. They shut and locked down the station so no one could wait inside the bus station..NEVER DOING GREYHOUND AGAIN..horrible experience

First bus which I think it flix is a whole lot better, Way more leg space, more comfortable. The transfer to the greyhound bus not so good. The seats are to small and tight for 2 people.

There is no parking for people waiting to pick up or dropping for departure very poorly laid out as far as functionality

Am tracking took me and my christian friend 6-8 hours to get to Durham from Richmond,Vaginia.
Never got my 5 star complimentary breakfast from our Hotel ??? And it was a gourmet meal after spending 100.00 a night, I think the Hotel should send me a certificate to get my Breakfast finally ?? Because Richmond Va., sucks when it comes to customer service to customers. And I never lie...DH.
