The fast-casual Mexican concept initially intended to focus on tamales, but the beloved crunchwraps have taken on a life of their own, becoming a staple for folks to enjoy downtown. Not bad for quick eats like an upscale better quality taco bell. Crunch wraps and huge and made with premium ingredients. Taste great but need more sauce or seasoning, then i would of gave them 5 stars. Still solid food though. Food came out quick. Also wished the daily special items were always available, the everyday protein options are limited.

I never heard of a Crunch Wrap before, but can’t get it out of my head anymore. Inside the Durham Food Hall you find Ex Voto, which serves tasty crunch wraps with chicken and chorizo. The wrap has a nice consistency, is closed with a cheesy topping, and has the perfect fresh and spicy taste. Absolute sensational product!

This is not your Taco Bell crunch wrap! And I’m not dogging on Taco Bell at all, but this is a few levels up… The way the chipotle Crema mixes with the queso to create an absolute mess of delicious flavor is epic. I always go for chorizo and have never had any regrets… about the flavor.
Place the order ahead, though, takes a while! -
This place is great. The food is amazing. This is my go to on every layover in Raleigh. The chicken crunch wrap is to die for. I get 2. Packed with chicken and worth every penny. Service is great. 10 stars.

I had the pleasure of stopping by EX-VOTO today, and I have to say the food was great—but the customer service was even better.
From the moment I walked in until I left, Kiana was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. In a world where great customer service can sometimes be hard to find, she made the entire experience feel personal. You can tell she takes pride in making customers feel valued.
One moment that made me laugh: Kiana asked one of her coworkers to bring her a cup of water… and she specifically said, “Don’t forget the ice!” Well… he remembered the water but apparently the ice clocked out early. 😂
As I was leaving, I thanked Kiana for her outstanding customer service, and she smiled and said, “Don’t forget to leave a review.” I told her, “Some people may forget the ice… but I promise I won’t forget your excellent customer service.” We both had a good laugh.
So here I am, keeping my promise.
Kiana, thank you for your professionalism, your positive attitude, and the genuine hospitality you showed today. Employees like you are the reason people come back—not just for the food, but for the experience.
And to the coworker… next time, don’t forget the ice! 😄🧊
