Everything Bagels
Phone: (919) 251-8738
A boutique bagel shop serving locally sourced, avant-garde bagel creations. Think classics like egg and cheese or lox, which you could always, of course, get on a plain or everything bagel. Other fun bagel options include black lime sea salt, spiced fig, purple sweet potato and pretzel -- if you want to get out of your comfort zone and try something new. Heartier options like the chicken katsu or breakfast burger bagels balance options nicely with just a bagel and cream cheese. There are quite a few vegan-friendly cream cheese options -- besides intriguing flavors like crab rangoon, lemon miso rosemary, and other seasonally appropriate flavors.

Not super expensive! Bagels were delicious but pretty small. Highly recommend the poppy seed bagel egg sandwich with miso butter. Tots were good and easily a portion for two people. -
I ordered the breakfast bagel with bacon on a Pepper Cheddar bagel. The bagel was delicious, soft, and toasted just right. It needed salt but I wouldn't mind going back to get it again. Get there early because bagel options were down to 2 by my time I got there so a plain bagel with cream cheese wasn't even an option. The atmosphere can be VERY overwhelming. It's loud and bustling so I took my food to go. But overall 7/10. -
The bagels were fantastic! We tried the Blueberry with Miso Butter, the Breakfast Bagel, and the Szechuan Lamb. The smokiness of the Breakfast Bagel hits your palate even before the first bite. The miso butter had an authentic flavor, and the lamb was perfectly cooked. Most importantly, the bagel itself was slightly fluffy without the traditional bagel texture which is usually more dense. But that’s how I like the bagel. -
I like Everything Bagels, have had it a lot, and I have never encountered a more inconsistent restaurant. Sometimes the bagels are, well, like bagels; other times they are flat dense hockey pucks; sometimes they are stuffed with so much cream cheese you have to spoon some of it out; other times it is just a swipe. Today my husband got good bagel loaded with cream cheese and I got hockey puck with a swipe.
Flavor is good but dang, I wish they could get the consistency down. -
They have so many unique options. The chicken katsu bagel was mid but very filling! I’d definitely come back to try different ones.
