I had a great experience with Carolina Livery for my wedding day transportation. We one SUV, two smaller shuttles, and one large shuttle. The staff was professional, responsive, and helped us figure out which size shuttles would meet our needs. The drivers were on time, friendly, and courteous. I would highly recommend Carolina Livery for anyone looking for transportation for their wedding or other big event.

They did an amazing job providing shuttle services for our wedding! They were easy to communicate with leading up to the event and they have so many options for shuttle sizes. All the guests arrived on time! It was very reliable and communication during events was also super easy!

The staff is professional and there to help with any issues that may arise. On my recent trip TSA changed our arrival time twice. This affected the pick time, the care and understanding from the office staff to make the adjustments needed was a reminder customer service is not dead. I had no control and short notice but CCLS understood and made it happen. My family use to resist and want to drive to the airport but after serval trips they now ask up front if we are being picked up and dropped off. I feel this is proof that the staff is great as it’s not easy to have any group agree and want the same thing on future trips. Thanks again for 5 star service and communication.
