This location does not care about sanitation. This is the second time I tried to visit this location and I watch the same Manager take my order. Then Use my debit card, walk over to Fry station And bagged my fries with his bare hands, touching my fries because he is grabbing fries from the top instead of the bottom, he ignored the person that was at the station assigned station and bagged my fries. They don’t care to put on gloves while handling our food. I’ve been to this location and seen there was no one to serve food, so I understand he has to do more than one job. But you should care to sanitize your hands with one squirt ! Or put a glove on. or even try grabbing from the bottom. It’s nasty. The manager seemed to not care. I couldn’t leave a feedback with my receipt. So I came here.
Please stop grabbing our food with them dirty hands. -
I recently visited the Burger King drive-thru and placed an order. Upon receiving my drink from Mr. Jermaine, the manager, I noticed that it was not full. I politely requested that he top it off. However, he suddenly became aggressive, disrespectful, and rude. I reminded him that, as a customer service representative, it was his duty to provide respectful service. He replied that if I didn't like Burger King, I shouldn't come there. I explained that I do like Burger King, but I dislike encountering rude staff members like him. He repeated his previous statement and walked away. Later, he handed Ms. Justice a bag to give to me, then yelled at me, saying it was the wrong food. I exited my vehicle and told him that he had given Ms. Justice the incorrect bag, and that he should strive to be more professional. He then attempted to hit me through the window. I warned him that I would report the incident to corporate, which I did. I strongly suggest that Mr. Jermaine be removed from his position, as his behavior is detrimental to the customer experience. I work a lot. I am guilty of ordering food on my way home and then not eating it til breakfast. I ordered chicken sandwich, no lettuce, add cheese, extra pickles, extra mayo. What I got was chicken sandwich with lettuce no cheese no pickles no mayo. Come on now… do better. But the guy in the window was Amazing. Wish I knew his name -
I went through the drive-thru, placed an order, and drove away without ever picking it up. It was a powerful metaphor for modern consumerism—desiring things we never actually need, or even receive. Five stars for the existential clarity. Food status: unknown -
The guy working the drive thru window at lunch on Sunday, March 8th, was extremely rude! You can tell he did not want to be at work. We were in line and could hear him slam the window on every customer. He even got an attitude when we asked for sauce, very unpleasant and miserable man. I would not come back to this location because of his hostile attitude.
