Ethan(?) and the ladies there on 1/30 (Sorry I didn't get your names! I'm a jerk.) were outstanding! Everybody there is awesome! They were cool enough to get a pair of shoes from another store for me to try and they were outstanding! Customer for life!

new to durham and was rushing to find some shoes for my new job and these two workers helped me find a pair that fit comfortably, worked with me on what i was looking for, and even gave me a good discount when i didnt have as much as needed for the product!! it was so sweet and a great act of kindness from them and i am so so grateful, thank you!!

Bull City Running Co and the employees were approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. I'm still a beginner runner and while this could have be an intimidating stop on my journey, I found it to be just the opposite. My experience and concerns were listened to, then walked and ran for my gait to be checked out, and then was guided through the process of trying on multiple pairs of sneakers. I left with a great pair of hokas suitable for my future running needs and can't wait to put some miles on them. No mark up on the price vs online either and the membership awards seem generous. Excellent and worthwhile experience and I look forward to future visits. Thank you!

Amazing running shop. Great selection of shoe brands, nutrition, and clothing products, and the staff is so, so helpful and friendly. Truly feels like they're more excited about seeing and helping people run than anything else, which is awesome. Can't recommend Bull City Running Co. enough.

Good location, extremely professional, thorough, and competent. Local rather than a chain.
Highly recommend. They do events quite often and host some running clubs.

I went there today and had such a positive experience! I have a physical disability and was looking for A more supportive sneaker and Ellen, who helped me was so incredibly helpful, informative and patient. She brought out six different shoes for me to try, tied them for me and she helped analyzed how I walked, and what looked better. As a disabled person, you generally have to figure most things out yourself, and it felt really good coming into such a welcoming environment and her giving so much of her time to help me find the correct shoe! I will definitely be back!
