Customer service at the window was a 2. Don’t ask me what sauce I want just to NOT give me any AT ALL! Don’t ask me my drink if you’re gonna give me the wrong one! Wanted ti just turn around and get my money back! There are better Bojangles in Durham so look around.

Asked for bo cheddar biscuit with egg atdded and the man this morning at 6:30 a.m. July 3rd made a big issue about it and said that he could not put it on the biscuit and I had to get it put on the side...
Mind you I was just here last night and somebody prepared my bo cheddar biscuit with egg added onto it with no issue....
Yet this morning this guy wants to be lazy.
It's the enshitification Bojangles.
No I don't want to add the eggs myself and I don't appreciate the inconsistencies and if overall that's a policy which I think is stupid with Bojangles that they don't add eggs then they need to have it displayed and don't do it one day and then make a big issue out of it in the morning the next day.
So I went to a different location on 55 and they made my biscuit with no problem. -
Absolutely poor. I was in line for 15 minutes last night, cars wrapped around the parking lot, and got to the speaker to find out this location doesn't honor the "all day breakfast" promised by the company. Since all I really wanted was a biscuit, I placed my order for a full 3 piece supreme dinner entree. I got to the window and paid for my food, and I had a feeling I should have checked it because once I got home I realized that my sides of mac & cheese and mashed potatoes & gravy were refrigerator cold, and tasted disgusting. And there was no biscuit in the box. The only thing that was right in the order was the drink. The supremes were small, and they were the only thing remotely warm in the box. And there was a pinto bean in the mac & cheese (what if I was allergic to them?), and there was a tiny bit of gravy on the "mashed potatoes" that tasted strongly of white vinegar. Long story short, I want my money back and won't be visiting this location again if I can help it.

Didn't get my fries. Can't follow simple instructions. Apparently, has a whole lot of employees that are doing nothing. Waited 10 mins for a grilled chicken sandwich THAT WAS WRONG! TERRIBLE SERVICE!
