At BFWC-The Bishop (George Bloomer) is Awesome, heavenly anointed and loves his people. Overseer King-very encouraging, loves his people. House of wisdom, understanding, faith and great fellowship. Love this Church!

We came to Bethel Life , on Pentecost Sunday and I must say that Bishop bought the word. The parking lot workers were friendly to us. And the usher that greeted us was so loving and caring. And I met Sis. Watkins in the bookstore and she was so sweet. We live in about an hour drive from Durham. I must say God met us there. I really want to join the church

Although mechanically a well ran operation, it lacked spiritual refinement in the absence of the bishop. The music was excessively loud. I was told unequivocally that i must sit close to the front despite my mention that the music was too loud for my liking. I would suggest sensitivity training for the ushers. The speaker and armour barriers left before greeting anyone which gave a impersonal impression of the ministry for guests. All things considered this wasn't the best experience.

I attend Bethel Family Worship Center everytime I visit family in Durham. Eventhough the music is too loud for my taste, it never over-shallows the WORD that comes forth from Bishop Bloomer. The welcoming staff from the parking lot attendants, the door greeter and the ushers, all work to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The message from Bishop Bloomer is always on point and spirit filled.

A great church with great people and most of all a excellent bishop. I love coming to this church and me being so into music the praise team and the choir is amazing!
