Wow.. wow.. wow.. what am absolutely amazing experience. The red light therapy was amazing but my favorite part was the sauna HANDS DOWN..10/10... Definitely recommend!
Kiana made the experience even better by being so personable and attentive. She is so knowledgeable about the services and answered all of my questions that I felt extra comfortable with the sauna and the different functions.
We will definitely be back. -
Beem Durham was truly a monumental experience. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt intentional, calming, and rooted in wellness. The Customer Service was welcoming, knowledgeable, and created an atmosphere that allowed me to fully reset mentally and physically thanks to Willa!

Just had my second session at Beem Sauna and I absolutely loved it! It’s so relaxing and the sauna gets your blood pumping. It’s nice to set aside 45 minutes of me time in the private room.

Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I was able to share this experience with my Niece who was visiting.
