Wow.. wow.. wow.. what am absolutely amazing experience. The red light therapy was amazing but my favorite part was the sauna HANDS DOWN..10/10... Definitely recommend!
Kiana made the experience even better by being so personable and attentive. She is so knowledgeable about the services and answered all of my questions that I felt extra comfortable with the sauna and the different functions.
We will definitely be back. -
Beem Durham was truly a monumental experience. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt intentional, calming, and rooted in wellness. The Customer Service was welcoming, knowledgeable, and created an atmosphere that allowed me to fully reset mentally and physically thanks to Willa!

Just had my second session at Beem Sauna and I absolutely loved it! It’s so relaxing and the sauna gets your blood pumping. It’s nice to set aside 45 minutes of me time in the private room.

First time and I loved it, place was very clean and professional, the person at the desk was really nice and oriented me to the place and how to worked. I really felt good after leaving the session, I will definitely go back again.

This is a welcoming business. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The facilities are super clean. I've used the red light beds and the saunas. Both were great experiences. It's very easy to schedule appointment times and they send reminders!
