I absolutely love beem Durham! I've had an unlimited membership for a couple of months now. My sessions at Beem are truly the highlights of my week. The saunas and red light rooms are super clean, there is great privacy, and the ladies who work at Beem are such a delight!!! I highly recommend.

It was my first time and I enjoyed the experience. The place was very clean and my sauna room had everything i needed. The staff was great. They were helpful and friendly. I was able to relax and enjoy the heat with music. They gave me complimentary water. (1st visit only). The red light therapy was effective for my shoulder pain. I will return.

I love that it is private and not public like many other saunas. Very clean, delightful staff, & effective treatments. I've been going every week for a month & notice improvement in my skin & immunity. Also, it's self-care/me time 💖

Kiana was wonderful and very welcoming! This place is a gem, and I’m thankful I found it after searching for an infrared place moving to this city. It’s a great price, and they have great packages that allow you to be flexible. Thank you guys for being here ❤️

My husband and I visited the area and were able to indulge in red light therapy as well as the sauna. Not only was the experience relaxing and therapeutic but the staff member (Willa) taking care of us was exceptionally attentive and professional!!

To Start; the Owner is excitingly welcoming, professional, and totally seeks satisfactorily results for clients! Atmosphere is extremely serene, calming enough I placed a few trades while in the sauna! Red light therapy (amazing)! If you’re reading this, know my words are true as I rarely leave reviews! Therefore, go see for yourself, nine times out of ten you may see me because I’ll be back regularly!!!!
