Got there shortly after they opened, got the food to go, the food was excellent. They were well seasoned and very filling. I got the Philly Fake Steak sub with the Mac on the side and the power bowl with collard greens (not pictured).

Really enjoyed the Philly fake steak, mackin cheese, OG collards, strawberry & honey bun cake. Best vegan mac & Philly I've had thus far. Very friendly staff & atmosphere. Found this place while out of town & glad I did because I was not disappointed!

I’ve been going to Banu Vegan for about a year now and every time it feels like I’m eating their dishes for the first time. I’ve tried multiple vegan spots and I can say hands down this is the best vegan resturant I’ve been too. Can’t wait to see them expand. *Warning* None of the food survived in the photos below.

A hidden gem that those looking for magic can find culinary heaven! Don't miss out! The cheese steak was flavorful, balanced and the bread was unreal! Paired mine with the mac and cheese while hubs paired with collards while kiddo had kale side salad and fries, don't choose because all the sides were mouthwatering. Collards were the best I have ever had!! They need a side plate meal option because they were so good it is impossible to choose! Don't forget to wash it down with an amazing and clean ingredient bottled cola or strawberry lemonade. The service and atmosphere was so welcoming to out of town strangers, super kid friendly, allergy awareness was valued and even got to talk with the chef! Will be back!
