Aperitif is an upscale neighborhood bar that brings a downtown experience to our customers' backyard in the University Hills complex. The drink program includes an extensive wine list, seasonally rotating cocktails, craft beer, kombucha, cider and seltzer. The food program focuses on petite, shareable desserts and also includes appetizers, sandwiches, salads and soups for a whole meal. Enjoy an evening on the terrace as you watch the sunset.
Hosted my book club here today and the food was delicious. I was happy to see a vegan charcuterie board! Food was a bit slow getting to the table, but it was understandable given there were 9 of us but only two people working the restaurant. Food was well worth the wait!

A hidden gem!! Incredible cocktails, friendly staff, and amazing food... Our favorite date night & sunset spot. The vibes of downtown Durham without the hassle of being downtown--cannot recommend enough!

This place is a little hidden in its upstairs location, but it was worth finding! There is plenty of parking-which we loved right off the bat. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff was attentive, very friendly and welcoming. We very much enjoyed our food and the relaxed vibe. (The deviled eggs are excellent!)
This is the perfect place to get together with friends for a drink, bites and a dessert. We will definitely be back.
-We even got their cheese box to take home with us! It’s so cool that they offer this on their menu and we will enjoy it very much for the upcoming holiday.

Aperitif restaurant in Durham, NC, is a fantastic spot! The atmosphere is spacious, airy, and relaxing, making it perfect for group gatherings. If you're looking for a cozy date night instead, it’s an excellent choice too. Great food and ambiance all around! Highly recommend!

Great place to enjoy a cocktail and/or dessert! It's a one stop shop for a couple where one person is craving a drink and the other something sweet. The seasonal coconut creme brulee was delicious!

We had a nice lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t very busy so we got our food quickly. The server was friendly and the atmosphere was cute. They have a quite a few vegan options! (Sandwich, salad, and appetizers)

The grilled cheese was amazing as always and so was the service! Melody was so great and helped us with everything we needed! We will absolutely be back!! The Corpse Reviver #2 was AMAZING!

Wow really pretty and delicious cocktail! The sandwich was good but I thought it could be warm. i also really liked the cheesecake. The flatbread was decent ( but as my friend said, no protein.) overall a really good place to grab a drink with some snacks big big really a restaurant.
