We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were large, clean and had plenty of hooks on the wall which is very helpful for a family stay. The beds were comfortable and all of the linens were clean. We requested a feather-free room and they honored our request which was great since we've had trouble with this at other Marriott locations in the past. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays with plenty of comfortable seating. The location of the hotel is quiet and safe. This is one of the nicest Marriott hotels we've ever stayed at and the service was truly the best we've ever seen thanks to the front desk attendant Martice. He was incredibly kind, professional and helpful and made our entire family feel so welcome. I would definitely stay at this location again and would certainly recommend it to family & friends.

OK, I'm posting again because the hotel staff is amazing!! Martice at the front desk is AMAZING and goes out of his way to accommodate us when we come to town!!! On our last trip, we needed an extra room at the last minute and he jumped right on it, with passion and professionalism The other front desk staff is also very pleasant kind and professional. The shuttle driver is funny, professional and totally reliable as well!! The breakfast was outstanding hot and delicious and the workers were accommodating and very nice. I don't know who hires and trains the staff at this hotel, but kudos to the entire team!!!! This os definitely our go to place when visiting the Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Durham area!!

We were passing through for the night. We saw the availability on an app at one price but called and was quoted a higher price; went back to the app and booked the room. The room we were given was a 2 queen beds, walk in shower which was fine with us. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. The room was clean and beautiful. We had dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel —Tony Romo’s (excellent ribs). We were very glad for that option because we had been on the road for most of the day and that availability was a winner for us.We would definitely stay here again and recommend them.
