The bed was clean but the bathroom vanity wasn't and there are some design choices that are just bad. The shower had no door or curtain but the bathroom did not have a exhaust fan so it was both cold and wayy too steamy. The room curtains let lots of light in so you have to be an early riser and there is very little sound proofing in the walls and ceiling so you can hear all your neighbors. Not worth the price.

People either seem to like or dislike the hard floors. I loved them. Dark wood style, see photo. The room felt so much cleaner than carpets. The room was well finished and the bathroom was also finished to a very high standard with a large walk in shower and walk length mirror. Practical and functional. Large screen flat TV. Alarm clock. Plenty of USB and power outlets at the desk and at the bedside. I stayed in a double queen room and preferred the space and being able to use the second bed to put things on. Mini fridge you can use to keep drinks for etc. Safe. Iron and board. Plenty of hangers in a wardrobe. Nice entry way that includes water jugs and ice bucket and anything else you might need. Water station on each floor by the lift. This is a well thought out and planned hotel that has been refit recently. Highly recommend. The breakfast omelette and oatmeal in the hotel lobby were very good. The fantastic Tony Roma restaurant is also accessible via the hotel lobby. Very convenient and excellent food for lunch and dinner.
I slept very well 4 out of 5 nights. Very comfortable bed, no noise in the hotel at all. On the 5th night there was a lot of noise and shouting next door and opening and closing doors for hours 1030pm-2am. I won't deduct a star for that though. This was not the hotel fault though, and I think I this can happen in any hotel. Overall the clientele were business folk and the hotel was quiet and very pleasant. I would stay again certainly. Very convenient for airport and RTP.

Loved this hotel ! CLEAN , nice & comfortable & it was convenient. The Tony Romas attached was EVERYTHING, we had dinner plans elsewhere but ended up eating there twice , ribs were phenomenal burger was one of the best I’ve had in a while. Thennn the cafe in the morning was such a surprise k don’t read food reviews about the cafe. But they hadn’t had an updated review on it. They offer cooked to order food ! And it’s delicious the pancakes taste like funnel cakes with whipped cream and fruit , ugh to die for the sausage was good. The Starbucks was so good I got two. We ate breakfast there twice ! I got the French toast the second time also delicious ! Everyone was nice it was in a convenient location. Will stay here EVERY-TIME IM IN DURHAM. Oh and the shower took a little while to get hot. But when it did baby that water was hotter then the devils toenails lol and I loved it !! lol

A very beautiful hotel overall but the caulking in my bathroom was horrible. It needs to be redone. I believe it's a fairly new hotel in RTP so it is an excellent location that should attract many visitors. The check in and out process could also be improved as staff seemed very new also.

This place was lovely. My boss and I were staying here while training for Tony Romas. The convenience of the restaurant in the hotel midlife much easier. The Starbucks in the lobby with the icing on the cake. Staff was super friendly and housekeeping kept my room nice and tidy for the week we were there. I really like this property.

The rooms have hard floors. Not my favorite, though I understand the need.
The bistro/cafe for breakfast is not complimentary. Competing hotels in the area have just as nice of rooms and complimentary hot breakfast.
Beyond that, one of the two meals I ordered was lost and never made by the kitchen. Given the delay and the fact I had to get to work, I didn't eat breakfast that day.
I did find the bed comfortable and the shower was nice.
Overall, a fairly average stay, but I won't be returning.

Room was nice and spacious. The polished floors make all the difference to me these days. If the floors had been carpeted, it would have been just an average hotel room but the bare floors really elevate the look and feel of the room. The bed was comfy, pillows a little less so and sheets were reasonable. The one thing that really irritated me about the room was the old in-wall a/c (heater) which made so much noise that it kept me awake (I’m writing this at 12.30am because I can’t sleep and it’s too hot to turn it off). It would also be nice to see in room coffee makers that were updated and actual creamers instead of the powdered non-dairy creamers. Still, there are some very much appreciated modern touches such as ample USB charging ports (2 at each bedside table and 2 more in the desk area). Fitness facility has all you need and equipment is clean. The Tony Romas on site is good for a bite to eat. It would be great if their little convenience ‘shop’ downstairs sold some fruit or some kind of healthier option than the standard junk but it’s nice to at least have something to nibble on after hours. Probably the best of the chain hotels in this area and I’d stay here again if I needed a hotel close to the airport and they had a room with a quiet a/c …

Wow, wow, wow! This hotel caught me by surprise. Impeccably clean and spacious rooms, this was the first open door shower that you can enjoy without worrying about wetting up the floor!! I seriously did not want to leave! From the complimentary shuttle, to the pantry for The Elite. There were amazing selections and nicely maintained. During our 6 days, Matrice was very helpful and attentive. He made suggestions that we enjoyed and definitely made an impression. If I am ever in the area, I will be back! Thank you Delta Hotels for such an experience with every detail in mind. I wish I could give 10 stars, because as I’m writing, I’m thinking of more things that enhanced our stay. Tony Roma’s, the hot chocolate station and fire place! Just so many things that made staying here perfect! Thank you, thank you!

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were large, clean and had plenty of hooks on the wall which is very helpful for a family stay. The beds were comfortable and all of the linens were clean. We requested a feather-free room and they honored our request which was great since we've had trouble with this at other Marriott locations in the past. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays with plenty of comfortable seating. The location of the hotel is quiet and safe. This is one of the nicest Marriott hotels we've ever stayed at and the service was truly the best we've ever seen thanks to the front desk attendant Martice. He was incredibly kind, professional and helpful and made our entire family feel so welcome. I would definitely stay at this location again and would certainly recommend it to family & friends.

OK, I'm posting again because the hotel staff is amazing!! Martice at the front desk is AMAZING and goes out of his way to accommodate us when we come to town!!! On our last trip, we needed an extra room at the last minute and he jumped right on it, with passion and professionalism
The other front desk staff is also very pleasant kind and professional. The shuttle driver is funny, professional and totally reliable as well!! The breakfast was outstanding hot and delicious and the workers were accommodating and very nice. I don't know who hires and trains the staff at this hotel, but kudos to the entire team!!!! This os definitely our go to place when visiting the Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Durham area!!
