The Plumpeez origin story is rooted in Naila's first turkey hero experience at a Brooklyn bodega. From that first bite, she knew she needed to take those sandwiches back to North Carolina. Now, alongside her children, she serves these delicious handhelds in Durham, honoring the memory of her deceased husband who introduced her to these flavors many years ago. Plumpeez has a robust array of turkey, ham, beef, Italian, and veggie sandwiches along with a list of club-style sammys, all served on locally made bread.

We visited Plumpeez for the first time and were not disappointed! Quick service- call in or walk-up. We didn't know that until we got there, but the sweet person in the kitchen let us call in from the car while we looked at the menu. A young gentleman came out to ask clarifying questions and even delivered our food. Sandwiches stuffed with Boar's Head meat did not disappoint. If you are from the northeast, add Plumpeez to your go-to list!

By far the best subs in the area. Quality meats and cheeses. The service was extremely friendly and inviting. Ordered food for the whole family in the parking lot and in about 6 minutes food was coming out. My only regret was not trying this place sooner. So if you're in the area and want a fantastic Sub from a local family owned restaurant I would highly recommend coming here.

Parked in the lot and walked up to the kitchen door to order. They brought it to our car. Took 15 minutes. Service was friendly. Excellent bread and meat. Tasty. Would go again. Note it is a a little tricky to find behind State Farm office in a house.

I stopped by and honestly wasn’t expecting to be this impressed, but it completely delivered. The sandwich alone was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Everything tasted fresh, the bread was perfect, and the flavors were balanced in a way that made every bite better than the last.
What really set it apart, though, was the charcuterie spread. You can tell there’s real attention to detail in how it’s put together. The variety of meats and cheeses worked so well together, and the extras paired with it elevated the whole experience. -
The most DELICIOUS sub EVER! My entire family absolutely loves Plumpeez Deli. You can really taste the freshness in each sub, they use amazing ingredients. Each employee is so respectful and enthusiastic about what they do. It is a small business that feels like family.
