Fast casual. Good quality. I was impressed my acai bowl wasn't totally melted halfway through even though I was eating slowly. Outdoor seating. Accessible. Gender neutral restroom.

Came in for caffeine after lunch nearby. My coworker and I were inside a minimal amount of time, and both were extremely happy. I had the blended and frozen peanut butter mocha, it was very good. Definitely will mark this place as a spot to come back, and to try their food! Staff was great, place was clean!

Loved this place! Only issue was the drink leaking between the lid and cup—definitely recommend using a straw. It stained our shirts, but we’ll still be coming back!

New favorite coffee shop. The amount of care and thought they put into brewing coffee is impressive. Definitely recommend! One of the best coffee shops in Durham

The workers there are so nice and food is good …. But how that manager was talking to his his staff was Unacceptable and then was talking to her loud that I heard her. It made me feel uncomfortable and I heard the whole conversation and And made that little girl cry, and she didn’t even say nothing wrong so unprofessional and walked away from her while she was still talking so just because he did that I would no longer come back there and he should understand we are working in the food industry, and how you treat your workers is how they gonna treat our food because the mood u put them in….so for you manager, I will not be coming back

Decided to come to New World Cafe for breakfast while I was in Durham NC. The food was amazing! The customer service was spectacular!!! Logan served us and was so patient and welcoming. We would definitely be back. Oh, and the hot cocoa….smh…words can not describe how delicious it is(with whipped cream) Yum 😋
