Definitely understaffed
The person taking our order at first was doing well, then got confused by feedback from their coworker ,another time my friend had to repeat his order several times .
Order came out wrong،took some time to recover , the lady manning the cashier helped a lot but everything not the best today but good flavors
Sold out of the ice cream at the moment

Hard to find parking in downtown, but once you do, you will enjoy this execuzite restaurant. The service needs some attention and the food display needs some tidying, but overall it's tasty food. -
I ordered shawarma, but it was chicken not shawerma at all! Kebabs were ok! Tiramisu was good. And the salad was perfect

The manager, Eugene, is the definition of outstanding customer service. Somehow he and his team consistently make every visit feel like you're their favorite customer. Great service is one thing—but great service every single time is something special.
And let's talk about the food... the salmon deserves its own fan club! It's so good that I've practically turned it into a Friday tradition. At this point, if it's Friday, there's a very good chance you'll find me happily eating salmon here.

This was our 1st visit to this Neomonde location on Durham and its did not disappoint!! We arrived around 2:30pm' well after lunch rush. All Staff were super nice!!.
Two different employees checked on us at the table to make sure all was great.....and it was really great! Enjoyed the mixed grilled platter and the grilled chicken platter. Tiramisu and baklava to finish it off!
Nicely decorated corner location downtown!
Be sure to check them out when youre in Durham, the bull city!!
Paid parking on the street and paid parking garage above. I didn't take time to search for any free parking.
