I was there about an hour ago and ordered two drinks and a medium fry (fresh). While my boyfriend and I were eating, he suddenly felt a sharp crunch and realized something had cut his mouth. When he pulled it out, it was a piece of metal in his fry. A piece of METAL. Something that could have seriously injured him.
I immediately told him to go back inside because that is completely unacceptable and dangerous. When we spoke to the manager, her behavior made the situation even worse. From the moment we approached her, her tone was disrespectful and dismissive, like we were making it up. Instead of showing any concern, she was actually laughing as if this was funny or some kind of joke.
There was zero customer service. She didn’t listen, didn’t try to help, didn’t apologize in any meaningful way, and made no effort to accommodate us. We were treated like we didn’t matter at all, even after something this serious happened. To make it worse, she took the piece of metal, so now we don’t even have it to show.
I am honestly disgusted and beyond frustrated. This isn’t just about bad service this is a serious safety issue that could have caused real harm. The way it was handled was careless, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
Do better. This experience was alarming, and no customer should ever be treated like this especially after something this dangerous. -
My hamburger was made twice, and both times incorrectly. Not a hard order… Just put mayonnaise and pickles on my burger, nothing else. I waited for them to try and correct it and then finally asked for a refund, to which I did not receive the full amount. I will never go back to this place. English comprehension… It sucks!

Extremely dissatisfied. I placed a counter pickup order during normal business hours. The doors were locked and I was forced to wait in a 15+ car line to enter the drive thru and get my prepaid food. The wait was nearly 30 minutes. I rushed back home and discovered my food was cold (shocker) and half my fries were missing. Go to guess rd instead. This restaurant is horribly managed and the staff appear unable to handle this store’s traffic.

Not once have I ever received the sauce I asked for when ordering their tenders at night. I usually come at night, daytime is a lot better but it's like the night shift people don't even try. Always missing items, modifications are always wrong, dumb stuff like missing bacon when I paid to add bacon. Two stars only because they're still better than the combo KFC/Taco Bell across the street, because the bar is in HELL

Terrible service didn't get the FIFA meal that I wanted the meal was 9.95 and they changed me 12 dollars it was supposed to be a MC double small fry 4 piece chicken nuggets with sauce and a small coke instead I got 2 cheese burgers and a small fry and small coke I even tried to explain to the person my order and they didn't listen to me so I will never go to that McDonald's ever again I was trying to collect the collectable FIFA cups in missing 4 of them I was trying to get them before the promotion was gone before this month on the 19thi just that's just not going to happen 😡😡😡😡
