Big Bear Bounce is a wonderful addition to the South Durham community! We had the best experience hosting our son's 3rd birthday there - the staff was so friendly, the space was immaculate, and all the details were handled to perfection. Communication and booking was easy, and the party day was stress-free. Our guests had a great time and we will certainly be back for open play. Highly recommend!!

We celebrated my son’s 4th birthday at Big Bear Bounce last Saturday, and they did a fantastic job! The facility is the perfect size — just right for our group of 20. The playroom is full of fun activities for kids, without being too overwhelming. We had children ranging in age from 1 to 7, and every single one of them had a great time.
One thing I especially appreciated was being able to stand in one spot and keep an eye on my kids without having to chase them around — such a relief for parents!
The decorations were absolutely wonderful. Stephanie did an amazing job bringing my son’s theme to life. He loved seeing his name on the TV, and the party room where we ate was completely transformed into his Power Ranger theme. I didn’t have to lift a finger — they handled everything! They even provided the food and drinks. I brought cupcakes, but they offer a cake option too with a small add-on fee.
As busy parents, my husband and I were so grateful to simply show up and enjoy the party. The Big Bear Bounce team truly took care of everything, and it made the day stress-free and memorable. Highly recommend!

Big Bear Bounce is truly a hidden gem! From booking my daughter’s party all the way to the breakdown, everything was seamless and stress-free. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure your child’s special day is exactly how you imagined it. They handle the decorations, play great music, and create such a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
The kids had an absolute blast — especially the little ones (this place is perfect for younger children). The best part? The prices are amazing for the value you get.
If you want a party that’s fun, affordable, and unforgettable, I’d give Big Bear Bounce a 10/10 and recommend it to every parent looking to celebrate their child in the best way possible!

I hosted my son's 4 year old birthday party here and it was fantastic. The staff were super organized and kind. They took care of setting up the decorations in a really cute intentional way, facilitated the food and getting everyone in the party room for pizza, etc. The size of the play space is great for parents to be able to chill/socialize while also being able to have an eye on their kiddo from just about anywhere in the room. And the kids clearly had a blast! 10/10 recommend.

Nice open space, very bright and clean. Not crowded on the two weekday mornings we visited. All the play items were perfect for our 3 and 6 year olds. Only a 30 minute drive from Garner, and much less crowded than similar venues, so worth it. Plus, they offer a monthly pass.

This was a fun place for both of my boys ages 2 and 6! There were different inflatable bouncy houses as well as a couple of ball pits and other areas to enjoy. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the place itself is not the largest space for the price they charge (2 hours time limit) but would be worth coming back to if I were in the area.

Was empty at 9 am Saturday. Picked up activity after a hour. Great spot for us to bring a 13 and 15 month old. My kid only crawls and it felt clean and safe with him exploring everything. We had a great time. Staff lovely.

This place was clean, and affordable! I think it was $13 for open play on a Monday. And not too crowded. Both my 2 year old and 8 month old enjoyed it.

Highly recommend this place for young kids. We first went for a kid's birthday party and our own child had so much fun that we immediately knew we wanted to throw their party there when the time came. We just had our child's birthday today and it was great. The owner and staff were friendly, communicative, and kind. They really went above and beyond for our kid's party and helped ensure the it went off without a hitch! We had a great experience.
The place is so clean! It is big enough that all the kids can run around without it feeling crowded, but small enough that parents don't have to keep moving to keep their kids in line-of-sight.

Loved this place! Went yesterday with my son who is almost 2 and it was perfectly age appropriate for him. The staff was SO nice. Not only was the staff kind but you can tell they liked being around the children, they were interacting with them and being very sweet. I will return thank you.

This place is Amazing! A hidden gem in the kids play world. We hosted our five year old's Birthday celebration there and it was a huge hit with her little buddies from her Goddard preschool and family members kids. The owner and his team did an outstanding job! Can't wait to go back for play dates.

Took my 2.5 year old and 9 month old to Big Bear Bounce for the first time today and I can’t say enough good things about it!
Friendly staff, plenty of play things for both bigs and littles to enjoy and I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the entire facility!
Highly recommend taking your little to play at Big Bear Bounce!

This is a really fun play area for little ones! The bounce houses and slides are great quality and the everything is very clean. The owners are also delightful! They are always adding extra touches to bring joy to your child's day! We will be playing there regularly!

Took my daughter for her 2nd birthday to the open play and she was obsessed as soon as she walked in the door. It was perfect for her age group. The staff were super friendly. The facility was clean and everyone was super nice.

Clean and very well maintained - you can tell they reorganize between rushes/large groups. RTP was in dire need of something like this, especially open until 6 on weeknights! They cap the number of children per two hour visit to 40, and for $16 (cash) my 2 year old was well entertained and always moving.

Love, love, love, absolutely love this place! Super cute, family owned business. Great atmosphere! We had my son’s fifth birthday here, and everyone had an absolute blast. Fun bouncy houses, great area for little kids/infants, too! Parents can order coffee from the next-door shop without having to leave, such a great touch. Everyone who works here is so friendly, greeted by the owners daughter at the front with a big smile. Definitely coming back, definitely would recommend for kids having a birthday.
