This place is totally Awesome. All staff pay very close attention to the customers needs at all times, Alberta has to be the Greatest Human anyone has ever met. I am very blessed to get the exceptional Customer Service experience that she provides. Annndddd, The coffee is So Good. When I sit down and drink my coffee, I feel like I’m in an office and take out my laptop. The Atmosphere is Very Superb. The Caramello is the best. Better get you some. -
Was in Raleigh airport and went to this coffee shop on the exit .. initially they had a waiting hall and converted it to a. Coffee shop.. lots of seats to sit and drink .. they have coffee and coolers too. Tried latte and it was refreshing . Had an early morning flight ✈️ and coffee was a must !
I ordered a large latte . Tasted good . Service was ok. 👍 price wise it was ok.. for airport this wasn’t bad : breakfast options weren’t that good .. wish they had more options with eggs etc. this was more like a Starbucks menu. Good experience overall (coffee) but could be better .. -
I got there right at closing, and Vay, the barista, was very professional and friendly. She said “before you order, here is some information. Our ovens are cooling down, so I won’t be able to heat anything, and our espresso machine will take ten minutes to heat up. How can I help you?” Her tone was calm and warm.
The way she laid out the parameters of what was available at closing was simple and clear.
I’m sure she deals with angry people stressed from travel who are NOT thrilled to hear there are limits to what’s available at this time of day, but she still approached the situation with grace and immediately set us both up for a successful transaction.
Best customer service of the day. -
I travel through RDU for business almost weekly, both terminals...Southwest and Delta airlines...The Mexican Latte USED to be my favorite, the only baristas who made my drink perfectly were Berta and Ryan who both had great customer service, communication skills and personable vibes...the people I've encountered recently are slow, impatient and aloof, they seem like they'd rather be somewhere else..
I've been there 3 times within 2 weeks lately and each and every time, shortly after drinking it, I had to RUN to the nearest restroom.
Do better guys. -
I work at the airport and I must say... the coffee here is absolutely horrible and discussed frequently as such amongst coworkers; and everything is way overpriced. The blueberry muffins are called blueberry muffins because they all have 2-3 blueberries in them, none in the middle. And this has been consistently observed over the last 3 months. I would only eat here if I was about to pass out. It's not worth it at all. When you can't even get coffee right, you're a pretty bad establishment. And the young African American lady that wears glasses and had a headwrap on had a bad attitude.
