The American South’s food traditions have a complicated, complex, curious history. Come eat your way through a seasonal meal built around Greens—collards, turnips, mustard, and others—grown in the West Point Garden. Chef and brewer, James Naquin, will discuss the cultural and historical significances of his chosen ingredients. Our garden staff will lead a short tour of our garden. Age: 18 and up
