Our job is to help you discover Durham.

We operate Durham's Official Visitor Info Center, located at 212 W. Main St. #101, in downtown Durham, and we’re open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. We close at 5 p.m. during the winter months. Anyone on our Discover Durham team can be reached by phone at 800-446-8604 (toll-free) or 919-687-0288. Are you on an adventure after hours? A kiosk is available outside the Visitor Info Center for visitors to receive information 24/7.
