Influencer partnerships are managed through a formal contract outlining scope, deliverables, deadlines, and payment terms, which must be reviewed and signed in advance of your visit. You’ll also be set up as a vendor to facilitate payment upon completion. We ask for at least three weeks’ notice before your preferred travel dates whenever possible, which allows us to plan a detailed itinerary that you’ll receive at least one week prior to your trip. Influencers are expected to make every effort to attend all scheduled stops and remain active on social media with posts during the visit. While we aim to cover or secure complimentary experiences, any additional expenses are the responsibility of the influencer unless otherwise noted in the contract.
