We moved two hours away but came back for lunch today as we passed through. Same great fish, great okra. I had the Big Cat sandwich combo, Daughter had a shrimp poboy. Wife had catfish plate. All terrific. Came to check on us a couple of times. We will come back again when we are in town.

Was a late evening dinner with my friend, the staff were so pleasant and patient, as we were the only couple dining so close to closing. The food was perfectly cooked and simply delish!

Newly renovated. Quick and friendly service. So clean. Family feels, pleasant atmosphere. I am not supposed to have these hush puppies but I love them!

If you like fried catfish, then the huge helping in a lunch basket is enough to take some home to make a sandwich. Although it’s not the experience Ricky Moore provides at Salt Box Seafood, if there’s not enough time to drive across town for a long wait, then Skrimp Shack provides good nourishment at a fair price in a hurry. Claims of “being on Vacation” may be a stretch, but I’ll try again soon.

I have visited the Skrimp shack since they have opened back up . Not only was it clean but the service was very pleasant . I went in around lunch time and still was able to get my order in a timely manner . And the big cat Samich is a plus in my book . I will definitely come back again 😍😊

I just didn't like that there wasn't ENOUGH seasoning. However I hear they are under new management so I will give it another try. Service made all that better though
