Pedal and Smiles: Learn to Ride clinic

Join Bike Durham and Premier Smiles and Sleep for a free Learn to Ride Clinic designed for children ages 5–10 who are learning to ride a bicycle or building confidence.

Whether your child is riding for the first time or needs a little extra practice, trained instructors will provide a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment focused on bicycle safety, balance, starting, stopping, steering, and riding independently.

Participants should bring their own bike and helmet if available. Loaner bikes and helmets will be provided for those who request them during registration. Parents or guardians must remain on site throughout the event.

In addition to bicycle instruction, families will have the opportunity to connect with local community organizations and resources.

This event is free, but registration is required and space is limited.
