Mother’s Day Brunch
Celebrate the Moms in your life with a family-style brunch in the light and airy Coffee Bar. The table starts with a pastry board: blueberry cream cheese danishes and bear claws from Ninth Street Bakery, plus focaccia and three-cheese bread. Mains are shared: NC crab cakes with béarnaise, slow-roasted beef tenderloin with grilled ramps, au jus, and horseradish sauce, and Quiche Florentine. Sides include rhubarb-ricotta pancakes, a spring salad with roasted fennel-spring pea dressing, and crispy hash browns. Round out the celebrations with a Bellini and Spicy Bloody Mary.
