Mean Habit / Razadan / COGS

Mean Habit is a queer, all trans/femme, hardcore-inspired, post punk band from Carrboro, NC. Seething, palpable, raw rage meets poetic writing about highly personal experiences and their political contexts. Mean Habit screams about transphobic fetishization, intimate partner abuse’s role in patriarchy, and the reclamation of sites of dehumanization while rallying for autonomy, love, and the annihilation of capitalism.

Razadan is a band from North Carolina. Guitarist/vocalist Khalil Quran met drummer Caleb Lackey in Greensboro, North Carolina in 2023. Over the next three years they played together on and off with several confused, frustrated bass players until they met Eric Brown. Their personal musical influences include Deafheaven, Black Midi, The Beatles, identity crises, existential dread, Mean Girls, Kik messenger, Lil Uzi Vert, Taylor Lautner, fingers heavily stained with hot cheetos that then aggressively swipe at an Android with a severely cracked screen, Waxahatchee, Wednesday, Mannequin Pussy, Perfect Pussy and Swae Lee.

COGS are a three-piece band from Durham, NC. They play anti-capitalist music that will make you want to dance and resist fascism. COGS stands for Cost Of Goods Sold, and more.
