White Bar Association, NC Association of Public Defenders and NC Central University-The Justice Institute reflect and connect by highlighting community, culture and freedom. Speakers will honor the heritage, while reflecting on the struggles to protect families and keep North Carolina's promise to uphold the Constitution every day in courtrooms across the state.
