Areia was so wonderful, she was the first bright and smiling face. She is extrememly nice and helpful. Everyone here was just amazing! Breakfast in the morning, coffee/tea available during the day. This property is really close to downtown Durham, restruants and night life. You can walk to the DPAC and ball park from here. Just nice, good place to WFH is your able.

First time staying at this hotel stayed overnight coming through the city. The hotel itself was great. The room was great. The staff was very helpful. The only complaint was the room next to us was unsupervised full of teenagers that party through the night. Several complaints were made but they were not removed from the hotel. On checkout. Did speak with the front desk staff who insured us that they were trying to locate the parents of the kids and would handle them from there. The front desk staff said that they have a 10 :00 quiet time and that they should of been removed. The adults responsible for the teenagers that were involved in making all the noise should have been removed from the hotel and that they were sorry the night did not go well. This would have been okay for an if we didn't half to drive 6 hours home on a sleepless night. Hopefully they took care of them for anyone else that may have stayed the next night.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was friendly. The buffet breakfast was pretty good and the cook staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. I also used the gym and it was clean as well.

Aria (pronounced area) working at the front desk is very nice and friendly and provides excellent customer service. She responded via chat in the Marriott bonvoy app when we requested for early check-in and our room was ready prior to the time that we requested Early check-in.
Really nice hotel, rooms and employees. Room was modern and excellent! Hotel was full, parking is $10 daily, parking lot outside and some parking under hotel on lower level in their garage. Some EV parking spaces, compact parking spaces and for larger vehicles too.

Very clean modern hotel walking distance to a few major places - to get downtown I did drive as it’s on the other side of the highway but easily accessible. Like all in this brand there is a great amount of space in the room and the feeling of a separate space to work. Complimentary breakfast and coffee are in the lobby.
Staff was amazing -Aria and Damien to name a few- all helped with giving recommendations in the area.
A couple of improvements could be made - which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars
Unable to charge marketplace goods to the room - makes no sense and is a system choice. It can be done. Ownership chooses not to let POS do this
Digital keys are not available. They said they had security issues - no idea how that happens since you need to have a Bonvoy account to use and share. How would anyone get my key if I don’t share it
They have very nice weight room but no Peloton - these are in many Marriott properties.
$10/day paid parking is ridiculous given they are next to a storage facility and not surrounded by buildings. People should be given hangtags or asked for their license plate when they arrive. There is no reason other than revenue generation to do this.
Still it’s convenient to downtown and right off the highway.

My team and I stayed here for the week for a work exercise. We needed 5 rooms and to use the Board Room for our work each day. Prana (service rep for groups) was absolutely phenomenal, patient, detailed, and provided us with all the information we needed. We even had a small hiccup in our rental plans of the Board Room and he handled it so professionally. The staff was very nice, the location is great, and we even walked to a Durham Bulls game! 10/10 recommend!

Great location. Just minutes from Duke University, so there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel offers parking and free breakfast. The room was very clean and the staff was professional and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were modern and well-furnished. Excellent use of space. Comfortable. Staff friendly. Breakfast was good and hot. I’d stay here again, easily. Good value all around.

The rooms were really nice. The employees also seemed nice and helpful. We believed their was a swimming pool and hot tub which I could have really used, but they don't have. The complementary breakfast was bad. Nothing seemed fresh and was all very bland tasting.

I just checked in an hour ago and I already know I will be staying at this location again. It gets an A+ from me! I've already had excellent customer service from Adrian and the other gal at desk. My room is spotless. I LOVE the fresh modern decor. I feel safe and right at home. The hotel is the perfect distance to walk to DPAC and places to eat. And parking was a breeze. I fretted for nothing!!! ok
