Good location off the highway, nice and quiet place. Breakfast was good, Corey at the front desk was great helping us with our breakfast options for my two kids and I. Room was updated and clean. We got dessert from the bar, very tasty but pricey. Everything and everyone was great. No complaints.

Nice place, clean and modern rooms. I used this place for conferences about a decade ago and the facelift it got was nice and I heard it's about to get another one. If anything, I'd say they definitely need to add a staff ONLY elevator bank and not share one with guests. After all, some things are best left to our imagination. Other than that, well done.

DISAPPOINTING STAY!! This was my first time at this location. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly. However, when I arrived I was extremely tired. I was unable to check in due to the system being down. I requested extra towels and spoke to someone who prior to arrival, told me he was going to make sure the towels were in the room. Long story short, I had to still call downstairs for extra towels and face cloths. When my other party arrived, we wanted to stay in our room because we both have heavy work schedules. We called downstairs to either get the number to room service or to be transferred and we were asked to hold as soon as the call was answered. We held so long that we finally just hung up and went downstairs to have dinner. Our refrigerator did not work and the air conditioner is very loud. I called the front desk and asked for the general manager. However, I got the supervisor on duty (Aaron) instead. Aron offered $20 off my stay. I believe he could tell that wasn’t acceptable so he then offered two breakfast tickets but we had both already eaten breakfast. I guess I’m disappointed because customer service is everything and it can ruin your entire day but “I feel” that he acted as if it didn’t mean much that we were inconvenienced. All he was going to offer was $20 off which is totally unacceptable. When a person goes to a hotel, you’re going to enjoy yourself and relax. I know that things happen but these things should not have happened. If need be, to accommodate the customers, more staff should be working if that’s the issue. Again, I love the hotel and the people were very pleasant. This is the only reason I’m giving two stars.This is the type of service I’ve heard people say they receive at a Motel 6.

Check in was quick and I found the front desk staff to be very friendly and polite. The bed in my room was awesone, very comfortable. The room was clean and the shower was fantastic. My only issue was that the food is over priced, especially when it was just average food. As an example i got a bottle of soda and a small bag of chips, it cost $9.00! If i make other eating arrangements i would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice with great rooms and very good service. The rooms at ground floor have the lawn accessible and is a good choice for smokers as you can just step out of your room to the lawn and smoking is allowed there. They have shuttle service to and from the airport and areas nearby the hotel.

It's fine. Room was reasonably well-appointed and comfortable. Lost a half point for not having anyone stationed at the bar on a Saturday evening.
