If I had to complain I'd say it was the fact that I didn't have a microwave in my room and I was staying there a week. When I asked to be moved, I was told that my rate doesn't qualify me for a suite. I've stayed in Hamptons before and have always had microwaves in my room that weren't suites.. Nonetheless, I had a great stay at this location. It's in a central location and very CLEAN! The staff are easily recognizable and very accommodating. The hot breakfast in the mornings were very filling and satisfying. Both breakfast attendants were absolutely terrific. I was taking a course at the UNC-SOG and everyday SD was always very prompt picking me up and dropping me off. TJ kept the front area nice and clean and Mecca was such a joy to run into every evening. She always had a smile on her face and ready to help. Stay at this location if you are ever in the area. They make it all worth it.
