This 5 star review is solely due to the amazing employee named Curtis. It would have been zero stars without him. I had an order to be delivered today for a birthday and when I didn't hear anything or receive a delivery confirmation by 6:15p, I called to get status. I was told it had been delivered by another employee hours before, I advised that it hadn't been received. I got a call back from the same employee 15 minutes later saying there was confusion and my order was currently being delivered as we speak. That information was also not true, I read the reviews and wiped my hands of the situation. The location closes at 7pm, however, at 8:30p I got a call from Curtis who SAVED THE DAY!! Even though he had nothing to do with the mix up or errors, he took responsibility and owned it. He was so apologetic, waited for the recipient to get back home to hand deliver it and even sang Happy Birthday which was icing on the cake! Curtis, this business is extremely lucky to have someone as customer centric as you. You could have easily let it go and went home but you went over and beyond to make sure it was right. I am extremely grateful for your kindness, thank you!!

Thank you for the professionalism and great customer support from Thurston. He was very understanding and proficient. Made sure that I knew the online order will be delivered 1st thing in the morning. Made sure that I knew everything is made to order fresh and I would have no worries. They never delivered my arrangement on or after Valentine’s Day and I had to pick it up myself. They SUCK and I would never suggest them to anyone! They will give you the run around and never make things right. Spend your hard working money somewhere else.

Extremely disappointed. I came in a week prior to Valentines and specifically ordered white chocolate strawberry bouquet, and the manager was friendly and even upsold me an extra $20 to have all the strawberries coated. We went over it multiple times & ensured me it would be white chocolate. When my wife received this, it was only half coated, and in dark chocolate. I immediately drove over to edible arrangements and all the manager could say was “come back later I’ll get you some white chocolate strawberries”. I didn’t even get what I paid extra for, not so helpful when he’s not up selling you and you’ve already paid. I will never use them again and would not recommend to anyone
