Made a few friends they make sure I get the best service I don’t like a lot of seasonings on my fries if you don’t watch it they will load those fries down with salt

Got my usual order (Cajun filet biscuit combo, fries, iced tea), and everything was delicious and service was friendly.

Employees were very kind (gentleman cleaning the tables was kind & engaging). Just wanted to try the food before flying back to Chicago. Everything was great. Thanks!

Just had sausage biscuit and ( the famous) iced tea...both superlative and both served very quickly. Dining area quiet and clean ..3 staff gave friendly greetings/ small talk. Good experience.

Food was old & over spiced, as if they were trying to hide that it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a bit. Drive-thru service made it really obvious that they really didn't want to be there regardless of how nice we tried to be.

I got better service here than I did at a 5 star restaurant. Food was good, place was clean, and the employees were willing to help and had a good attitude

Customer service is top notch at this location. I placed a pretty big order, specifically a young lady (had a Mohawk box braids and you young man with the piercing) were very personable and helpful. It’s refreshing to not have to deal with attitudes ! I wish I got their names ! I’m presuming they were leads/management. Essentially, the food was great and the customer service was even better. Better than I expected actually.

Lady was very sweet and understanding when taken our order. She corrected what was wrong with no problem.. coming back cause of the friendly staff and food

As always delicious, I love going down south to get my Bojangles. It's so much better than Popeyes, they just don't care or take pride in their product.
