Zero Proof January at The Durham

Visit the Coffee Bar or the heated Roof this January and beyond for thoughtfully crafted zero-proof cocktails. What began as Dry January has grown into a wider shift toward mindful drinking and alcohol-free options that still feel social and considered.

At The Durham, mocktails are built with the same intention as every drink on the menu, focusing on balance, texture, and a sense of occasion. Whether you’re participating in Dry January or simply curious, these drinks are designed to feel just as satisfying as their spirited counterparts.

🍊 Ruby Spritz

Lyre’s Italian Orange, falernum, lime, orange blossom water, and seltzer. Bright, lightly bitter, and refreshing.

🍐 Pear & Honey Shrub

Pear purée, honey, and apple cider vinegar topped with seltzer. Soft, tangy, and easy to sip.

🌺 Jamaica

Hibiscus tea infused with cinnamon and finished with fresh mint. Floral and gently spiced.

🥕 Vitamin T

Carrot tea with orange and honey. Earthy, citrus-forward, and quietly comforting.

🍊 Golden Granate

Pomegranate Jabin blended with ginger, honey, grapefruit, and lemon. A layered, vibrant option with depth.

🌶️ L’il Chili

Coconut water with lime juice, rosemary, and jalapeño. Fresh with a subtle kick.

This year’s menu also highlights Jabin, a locally made beverage inspired by Sekanjabin, an ancient Persian drink made with vinegar and honey and enjoyed for its cooling, restorative qualities.

No reservations required. Stop by, grab a seat, and raise a glass, proof or no proof.
