YOT CLUB, the project of Ryan Kaiser, returns with *SIMPLETON*, a 13-track album that critiques the illusion of suburban perfection and the numbing effects of curated modern life. Blending lo-fi textures with hazy indie rock, Kaiser explores how routine and digital detachment can erode empathy and accountability. Since launching the project in a college dorm in 2019, he broke through with the viral hit “YKWIM?”—now surpassing a billion streams—and has performed globally. Having lived across multiple cities, Kaiser’s evolving perspective informs more introspective, purposeful songwriting, marking a shift from casual expression to deliberate, meaning-driven work.
