Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga Off East is pleased to announce the 2025 Yin Yoga Teacher Training Certification. Open to current teachers seeking to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga, this program explores its philosophy, physiology, principles, and poses, along with key concepts of Chinese Medicine as they relate to Yin practice. Participants will gain the knowledge and confidence to teach Yin Yoga authentically through their own voice.

Led by Melissa Lido, E-RYT 500 & Y.A.C.E.P., and Jon-Erik Lido, L.Ac. & RYT 500, the training includes 14 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education hours.

Sessions: Sat, Jan 31 & Sat, Feb 7 | 1:30–8:30pm (1 hr lunch each)
