The Experience
Glasshouse Kitchen presents Beef & Bourbon, a one-night culinary collaboration with Wilder’s Wagyu, Cook’s Mill Bourbon, Oak City Amaretto, and our very own team right here on our courtyard. Inspired by the energy of our monthly wine social events but turned up another notch, this immersive event blends live-fire grilling, passed tasting bites, curated spirits, and direct access to the wonderful people behind the products.
Expect bold flavors, interactive stations, and a relaxed-but-refined atmosphere designed for true food and bourbon lovers.
