An evening of romance and exceptional cuisine awaits this Valentine’s Day at the newly reimagined AAA Four Diamond Fairview Dining Room at the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club.
Under the direction of Area Executive Chef Troy Stauffer, the culinary team presents a menu that unfolds as an elegant, intimate journey from first bite to final course. The multi-course dinner opens with a delicate champagne gelée and foie gras amuse-bouche, setting a luxurious tone for the rest of the meal. Artfully composed starters including chilled butter poached lobster, vibrant beet salad and classic beef carpaccio, are plated with care and attention. The main course offers an enticing selection of entrées, including silky diver scallops, grilled butternut squash and Joyce Farms duck confit, where every dish balances flavor, texture and visual beauty to create a truly memorable dining experience.
The evening concludes on a sweet note with an irresistible dessert course featuring red velvet cheesecake, vanilla chai torte and more. As a final touch, each guest will be presented with a beautiful rose to commemorate this special Valentine’s Day celebration.
