Thrive :: Durhams Wellness Fair

Thrive: The Durham Wellness Fair is a celebration of movement, healing, and community—bringing together Durham’s top wellness professionals, small businesses, and local residents for a morning designed to refresh the body and mind before the busy holiday season.

Hosted by BodyGames + The Reset Room, this premier wellness event takes place in the Riverview Shopping Center. The morning begins with a high-energy Zumba-thon honoring Coach Eric Zeigler, known to many as the owner of Stuffy Man’s Food Truck and a beloved coach at BodyGames. His love for fitness, people, and joy in movement inspired us to bring Durham together for a cause rooted in positivity and purpose.

Following Zumba, guests will enjoy an immersive Wellness Fair experience featuring local vendors offering mini services, product samples, and holistic health demonstrations. From cryotherapy and IV hydration to aromatherapy, natural oils, and mindfulness tools, attendees will discover new ways to care for their health, find balance, and support local businesses at the same time.

Guests can pick up a Thrive punch card upon entry—visit every vendor to complete it, and you’ll earn raffle entries for exciting giveaways from participating partners. The first 20 completed cards will also receive a complimentary Wellness Goodie Bag filled with local products and exclusive offers.
