The Chameleons

The Chameleons formed in 1981 after discovery by BBC’s John Peel, releasing acclaimed albums Script of the Bridge (1983), What Does Anything Mean? Basically! (1984), and Strange Times (1986). Their atmospheric post-punk sound proved influential. After disbanding in 1987 and reuniting intermittently, they reformed in 2021. Renowned as a powerful live act, they have toured globally and now announce new single “Where Are You” and forthcoming album Arctic Moon with renewed lineup and energy worldwide.
