Each week, center a unique theme rooted in surrender [rest, trust, presence, and release] as you explore how softness can be a powerful form of healing. Whether you’re holding too much, craving deeper connection, or simply in need of a sacred pause, this series is here to support you.

Expect a grounding and nourishing experience with:

Slow flow and gentle restorative yoga elements

Guided breath-work and meditation

Mini Soundbath During Shavasana
