Setting Boundaries Within Your Relationship – Free Couples Workshop

Healthy relationships require clarity, communication, and mutual respect. But many couples find it difficult to express their needs or maintain boundaries without creating conflict.

Join a free three-hour, in-person workshop designed to help couples in the Triangle area learn how to set and communicate healthy relational boundaries.

During this interactive session, couples will explore how boundaries support trust, connection, and emotional safety in relationships.

You’ll learn how to:

• Identify where boundaries may feel unclear or inconsistent in your relationship

• Understand how boundaries connect to personal values and expectations

• Communicate needs with clarity while maintaining connection

This workshop is a good fit for couples who:

• Feel stuck in recurring communication patterns

• Struggle to express needs without conflict

• Want clearer expectations around responsibilities, time, or emotional needs

• Care about their relationship but want better tools for navigating difficult conversations

The workshop is educational and reflective. Couples will not be asked to share personal relationship details in front of the group.

Why attend?

Strong relationships aren’t built by avoiding boundaries — they’re strengthened by understanding them. Learning how to communicate limits respectfully can reduce resentment, improve trust, and help partners feel more secure with one another.
