Salt Cathedral are the genre-defying, New York City based duo comprised of Juliana Ronderos and Nicolas Losada. Celebrated for their ability to fuse elements from the vanguard of electronic music and a scope of global rhythms, the band creates an inimitable sound that is as accessible as it is adventurous. They are both originally from Bogota, Colombia, and met while attending the same jazz school in Boston. Soon, they began releasing a series of acclaimed EPs, singles, and their debut album, CARISMA, in 2020. The music pushed against the pillars of indie pop and Latin music and attracted attention from major publications like Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, The New York Times, NPR, Nylon and many others.
