Roaming Readers: Fantasy

Hit the trails in RTP for a morning of fresh air, light movement, and literary adventure.

Each month, Roaming Readers will explore a different genre with suggested selections curated in partnership with Durham County Library and Wake County Public Libraries. This month’s selection is Fantasy.

Borrow a book in the month’s suggested audiobook genre from your local library. You can arrive early to apply for a library card if you do not already have one! This month’s suggested titles include "Between Two Fires" by Christopher Buehlman, "He Who Fights with Monsters" by Shirtaloon or "No Gods, No Monsters by Cadwell Turnbull." Bring your photo ID (if you want to get a library card), phone, headphones and a water bottle and walk the trails while listening at your own pace.

After the event, gather with fellow book lovers to chat about the story, share favorite moments, and connect.
