Reset: New Years Mini Retreat

Everyone is welcome to this afternoon of rest and resilience building. Warm it up with an all-levels practice meant to help you get grounded and centered. There will be time for deep hamstring work and hip openers, along with some specific practices to balance and sooth the nervous system. During the final pose, savasana, explore a group plant meditation connecting with an herbal ally that can help grow integration in the body and spirit. Finally, indulge in the profoundly healing and restful practice of yoga nidra. Herbal tea and light snacks will be provided. Please bring a journal or paper to write in.
