Relax Into Structure
This class is designed to develop fluid, effortless, relaxed movement that has the potential to be explosive when under pressure.
In order for the body to be fluid, the mind must be fluid as well. Class consists of breathwork, gentle exercises, visualization & meditation techniques, and functional movements inspired by Yoga and Martial Arts.
Physical intensity is on par with a gentle Yoga or QiGong class.
