Oyster Fest at The Durham

Shuck and slurp your way through Oyster Fest 2025: The Durham’s fourth annual summer celebration of North Carolina oysters, seasonal flavors, and live music. No tickets, no reservations — just rooftop vibes, a menu full of oyster-forward specials, craft cocktails, and a schedule of live music all weekend long.

Join in on the Roof for four days of oysters and entertainment. Think raw oysters by the half-dozen with rotating mignonettes, broiled oysters with summer-inspired toppings, fried oyster street tacos, seafood nachos, blistered peppers, and more. Locals Seafood will be on site hosting oyster shucking demos throughout the weekend, so you can learn how to master the art of the perfect shuck. Sip on a cocktail, a cold beer, or a glass of wine while catching sets from local artists like Al Strong, DJ Gemynii, Counterclockwise String Band, and DJ Lolo. NC Oyster Trail will be on hand with information and swag promoting North Carolina’s rich aquaculture.
