Negroni Week at Alley Twenty Six

Durham's Alley Twenty Six will be offering a classic Negroni along with specialty cocktails for Negroni Week from Sept. 23-28. More than a dozen restaurants and bars in the Triangle are participating in the event, which raises money for Slow Food. Learn more at negroniweek.com.

Here’s what’s on the menu at Alley Twenty Six:

-Coconut Scotch Negroni: Planteray cut & dry coconut rum, Laphroaig 10 single malt Scotch, tequila reposado, red bitter, Cocchi Americano Bianco, plus hints of pineapple and plantain; $20

-No New Friends: Wild Turkey 101 rye, Lustau Blanco vermouth, Cappelletti Aperitivo and cucumber; $14.

-Frozen Negroni: gin, sweet vermouth, Cappelletti Aperitivo, orange and grapefruit; $18.
