Mindfulness in the Garden
Replenish and rejuvenate yourself with a meditative walk through Duke Gardens with Betsy Dessauer of Mindful Anytime. Stroll with intention, learning to employ your senses, and use elements of mindfulness meditation to engage in the moment. This event will also be offered on Wednesdays, Sept. 25 and Oct. 2, 9, and 23, from 5-6 pm; and on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 10-11 am. Preregistration required.
