Mdou Moctar at Motorco

Mdou Moctar is a Tuareg guitarist from Agadez, Niger, who fuses Saharan music with high-gain rock, punk, and metal influences. Inspired by Eddie Van Halen, he built his own guitar, made a Tuareg-language film, and rose via DIY touring and recordings. *Afrique Victime* channels political resistance, community empowerment, and ferocious musicianship into a raw, globally resonant album.
